I moved into dedicated information security after years in networking and production operations. I know what it costs to implement and support a security change because I've also been responsible for keeping the underlying systems running.

I joined Lytx in production operations and moved into a dedicated security role in 2018. Early work included policies, vulnerability management, incident response, security monitoring, and customer security requirements. As the function grew, I worked across cloud and endpoint security, detection, automation, and engineering teams to make security work part of day-to-day operations.
